I absolutely agree with you about the bennefits of a healthy diet and brain function. Eating well simply improves each and every factor of your life. I also think that diet alone is not enough to keep a healthy brain. I think that a good brain workout is necessary to keep sharpening the brain, so that not only can you maintain cognitive capacity, one could also improve it.
